Rockwood Textiles, located in Ebene, appointed Inspexa as Fire Safety Consultant in 2014 to survey, design and supervise fire-safety installations, in order to renew their fire certificate.

Inspexa’s team first carried out a site visit to understand the building’s infrastructure and condition. We then proceeded with a thorough examination of the available plans of the building in order to provide the necessary modifications where necessary.

After completing all remedial works, we compiled all the documents needed, preparing  as-made drawings of the fire installations and fire escape plans, before liaising with the Fire Services on behalf of the client to request the necessary clearance.

The process had been made easy for the client and the fire certificate was issued by the Government Fire Services shortly afterwards.
