Vimal is an experienced design CAD engineer in building services engineering, having worked on a number of projects in Europe and middle east as officer in charge of our former BPO business unit. He is passionate about finding sound engineering solutions to problems and design failures.
Naresh is a versatile Building Services Engineer with particularly strong experience in mechanical and HVAC systems. He has completed a number of technical studies and surveys for our repeat clients including advisory services on data centre efficiency and reliability improvement. He has worked for several major customers delivering quick solutions to complex technical problems. He worked for Prodesign for 12 years before taking the leadership of Inspexa in 2015 with Arvind.
Prior to that he was a design and consulting engineer at Prodesign where he led several projects from design to procurement, contract administration and successful completion. He is a Chartered Buildings Services Engineer, with a first degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a masters in Building Services Engineering. He also holds an MBA from the University of Surrey.
Arvind is a Public Health Engineer, experienced in designing and project managing cold and hot water, drainage, fire-protection systems, and security installations for large and complex projects. He has led the design of various office, commercial, industrial, educational and hospital renovations schemes. He is now in charge of Inspexa and looks after the auditing, inspection, compliance and management of building-services installations for clients.
Arvind has led the design and project management of several large and complex projects over the last 13 years working at Prodesign. He is well versed with the design, procurement, project management testing and commissioning of building services works. He is also well versed in facilities management and maintenance planning.
Arvind has undertaken several energy audits, condition surveys, fire-risk assessments, rational fire designs (which reduce fire hazards) and health-related assessments in large premises over the last ten years in Mauritius. He is an expert on fire-related issues and his skills are widely recognised within the building industry and has advised clients both locally and internationally.
Vikram is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with over 20 years’ experience as a consulting engineer in the building services industry, initially working for a contracting organisation. He is also specialised in construction business management and is currently the managing director of the Prodesign group.
Vikram is an ambassador for sustainable design and development in Mauritius. He pioneered sustainability and certified green-building design in Mauritius when he set up a Sustainability Department in Prodesign back in 2008. He involves the whole office in the design of low-energy buildings – and is more than happy when clients appreciate the benefits of green-building certification schemes for both new and existing buildings.
He brings extensive experience to engineering-related health and safety audits in the work place, including electrical inspections, noise-level measurement surveys, energy audits and HVAC-related checks. He has led a number of major technical due-diligence surveys and pre-acquisition surveys for leading companies in Mauritius and internationally, as well as acting as loss adjuster on major insurance claims for the three biggest insurance companies in Mauritius, producing successful outcomes in all cases.
Vikram has also set up facilities-management structures for clients, advising them on human resource requirements, team structuring, maintenance planning and procurement.
