Project Description
Inspexa Ltd was appointed to undertake an electrical audit at the Metal Packaging Co. Ltd located in Riche Terre. The primary objective of this project was to enquire whether the installations were defective or not so as to impair the safety of the infrastructure and building occupants.
Our skilled engineers conducted several in-depth surveys in this heavily equipped environment to catch sight of the maximum problems that exist in the factory.
Visual inspections and functional tests were carried out on all electrical devices such as cables, wires, false ceiling voids, distribution boards, power sockets and other accessories, to ascertain that the existing electrical installations were in compliance with the British Standards (BS 7671) and Mauritian Standards (MS 63).
We reported to Metal Packaging Co. Ltd on the issues that we encountered during the survey and the corrective actions required for improving their installations to avoid risk of injury, all with its budgetary estimates.
The client was fully satisfied with our performance since we had undertaken our survey without interrupting any operation or disturbing the employees during their work.
